On Trump's FB page he displayed a paper from the Better Business Bureau showing his University had an A or A+ rating. The Moderator's at the Debate that said he had a D- left out the rest of the story which is that since the University has been in operation it at one time had a D- rating but not now.

http://www.factcheck.org/2008/04/caucus-vs-primary/ Okay, I found the answer to my question. There's really a lot of things to learn about elections now. I just usually learn as much as I can about the Candidates and choose the one that I feel will do the best job, etc. But now that @Ken Anderson has explained so much about the Political system and how it works...I don't really know if it is even worth voting since it doesn't seem our votes really count for much in the end. :(

    WOW !
Carson is announcing his support of Donald Trump in the morning. I have been reading the facebook posts, and the Carson supporters (who were total Trump-haters for the most part), and they are now picking themselves up off the floor and trying to decide what to make of this move by their (former ?) hero.
Some of the posts are saying that Carson is making a smart move, but many of them are asserting that they have just lost all respect for Dr. Carson.
That "admiration" sure fell away fast !

We are watcing the debate, and this is maybe the best one we have watched, at least to this point.
The moderators are not provoking fights and the questions are actually good ones , and not sniping at anyone, either.
There seems to be a new strategy for Cruz and Rubio, and I think Kasich, too. They have decided that everyone WANTS what Trump is promising, so tonight they are parroting averything that Trump has been saying all of this time.
They want to be just like Trump, only nicer -------at least that is the drift we are getting from this debate.

Trump has been the nicest to Carson of any of them, I think, particularly when he stood with him when he missed his queue to walk onstage during a debate, rather than just giving him a demeaning look as he walked by, as the others did. These kinds of gestures go a long way, and it was clear that it wasn't a stunt, but a genuine kindness.

The worst debates have been the ones moderated by Fox News because Fox is unwilling or incapable of objectivity. Rather, they insist on playing a role in picking and choosing who the winner will be. CNN is asking some tough questions but they seem pretty balanced as to who they are asking them of.

A Civil Republican Debate last night...guess everyone finally realized it's time to show "We the People" they can behave and start talking about what they are going to do to help make America better. I hope that's what it was. But on the other hand I think they are realizing we are really tired of their childish behavior. Now if they would only stop that behavior and back stabbing each other in their TV ads, etc.

I think Trump could tone it down, yes:). I DO think it's unfair to call Trump supporters racist, Islamaphobic, and the long list of accusatory names. I am pretty sure it's going to be Clinton and Trump this November. My voting will be done with heavy heart..

I think Hillary has been deified by some and it just makes me wonder where they get their info. I'd love to see a woman president in my lifetime..but not Hillary. I believe she is dishonest and not trustworthy.

Yes, it would have been great to have a woman President, just not Hillary. She has been in the White House for too long already. 16 years?

Personally, it makes absolutely NO difference to me whether the president is a man or a woman, or what color their skin is.
All I care about is whether that person can be a capable leader for this country, whether they actually CARE about the citizens of the country, and if they can make sound decisions.

Part of the issue with Donald Trump is (and has been) that Rupert Murdoch is for open border, and he owns so many of the television channels, radio networks, and newspspers; so the newsmedia is told to distort anything that Trump says, and make it sound like he was saying something that he didn't actually say.
As an example, in one press release, they "bleeped out" a word that he said to make it sound like he had used an f-bomb, when Trump had not actually said anything like that; but most people thought he did because it was bleeped out.

When they have the debate, he has at least two (Cruz/Rubio) tag-attacking him just to fluster him. Obviously, they intend to do everything that they can to discredit Trump; but the grass-roots movement is spreading.
I hope that Carson can convince his followerss to see a better side of Trump because I think the both care about America, and would make a super team together.

A strange but not so strange thing happened tonight at the Trump rally in Chicago. The rally had to be canceled because of a massive protest movement against the candidate outside of the building. The reporter said that the crowd was diversified and was neither majority black, Hispanic, Caucasian and the agendas were diversified as well.

I listened as the reporter went to a couple of people and asked them what they were protesting about and each gave their reasons however misinformed as they were.
I said a "strange but not so strange" thing happened because one young lady was interviewed for a very short period of time and her main statement was that they "had made history," and "it was a momentous occasion," followed by "we were able to stop the rally."
I find it odd that by exercising her free speech, her and other demonstrators actions denied someone else of theirs, namely D. Trump. And sadly, what I do not feel is odd is that she did not think of that and or did not care. It is an example of the degradation of our free human experience when the right to free speech is limited to the idiot speaking.

It was confirmed later after the rally and protesters had cleared up that moveon.org was responsible for the majority of the protesters. The largest part of the nearly 1000 member group of protesters showed up at one time which leads to a few of the crowd that were paid to excite and incite problems during the rally.

It's amazing how an organization can get away with paying the ignorant to do their illegal bidding.
If I were the Chief Justice I would look into filing charges against any such organization.

This is all taking an ugly turn and I'm not liking it. Just read about it happening in St. Louis.

So...these Trump "protests" are they actually protests...or "setups" by those who don't want to see him become President?

I would guess the latter. In fact, I would guess that we've seen very few actual grassroots protests in recent years, but I can be pretty sure that spontaneous protesters don't arrive with professionally printed placards and paid protesters. Generally, spontaneous protesters aren't served snacks by one of the owners of Ben & Jerry's, who happens to be a big Bernie donor, either. Obama's good friend, Bill Ayers, was there as well. No, I think it's fair to say that MoveOn.Org and Black Lives Matter events are neither spontaneous or grassroots.
