Once again., thanks, for all your comments. I am luxuriating in luxury today., I received a hand-made card from a grandson's family in Austin along with a picture blanket, numerous gifts from my local family, my daughter and another grand son flew in frpm Austin for the occasion. My daughter brought a very nice sheet and pillow case set. My grandson bought us a new bed, new matress, and two new pillows. The bed is one that the head and the foot raise up. It is the epitome of luxury. One I would never have bought for myself. I almost feel guilty accepting it. To top it off we had a late, long, lunch at a favorite Mexican restaurant, filled with good food and conversation. Afterwards I chilled out on my new bed, taking a late, short nap. It has been a day to remember, spend with family. I have stilled myself and am now ready to take on another five years.
Oh wow, now that really WAS a fabulous birthday, how lovely!!....and you must have felt really loved today, and especially cheered up after these last few months of illness too
What a wonderful day you had for your birthday, @Bill Boggs ! I missed posting here yesterday, so sending you late birthdays wishes, and prayers for a happy and healthy year ahead .
I was out of town for the weekend, @Bill Boggs , so I missed your birthday. So I wish you a late happy birthday and I'll catch you next year.
I don't have the foggiest idea what this says. I hope it says, "Happy birthday, Steve!" not something really, really nasty. Happy birthday @Steve North !!!
Happy Birthday, Steve. Another accomplishment and another year added to the DNA to eventually be passed on to future generations.
