Having a chat with Chrissy and she tells me that you will alter your clocks on March 8th
We (over here) will be changing the time on March 29th - always the last Sunday in March
I'm  over the difference - anyone know why we differ on the dates ?

Thanks @Von Jones - but it didn't state 'why we differ on the dates' here and the USA

It was a little interesting though :D.

I did find another website because I am curious as to why myself. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Summer_Time. Check out the section of the 2010-12 Bill.

It still wasn't specfic but from what I read the difference to me seemed to be when winter starts there - I'm guessing later in March?

So if, again I'm guessing, when it's Spring here it's winter there?

That would make sense but Spring for us would be 1st April so 'your' Spring starts early March ?
You could be right on this - its getting interesting and I feel awake ! :p

Our clocks change March 8, and first Sunday in November. Used to always be 3rd Sunday in March, and always the Sunday before Halloween, up until not too many years ago, which was changed to our now present dates. One thing that has always puzzled me is, one of our Canadian Province, Saskatewan, never changes, remains the same. Why is that....i have no idea..

Maybe it only appears that way. England is centuries older than the U.S. so maybe, like those running on a track, you guys have passed us several times and now you’re preparing to do it again.

That is great, @Gloria Mitchell , and I hope that this time they can actually figure out why you are so sickly, and maybe they can get you back on the road to recovery !
Have you ever considered a plant-based diet ? It is the most anti-inflammatory way of eating that there is, and inflammation and pain are always together.
We need doctors to do what they can, but I am a firm believer that we also have to do whatever we can to maintain our health.

If you have Amazon, you can watch Dr. Greger’s How Not to Die video, or check out his website at nutritionfacts.org. I am not completely plant-based, but probably 80-90%, and I feel so much better, and didn’t even need any pain medication after the heart procedure.
    I just can’t recommend it enough !
