Breakfast in our house is most often the same every day for my wife..
She likes her 3 egg omelette with 2 slices of turkey bacon and a large mug of perked coffee..

I on the other hand will have 3 scrambled eggs, ....... or ......
A bowl of porridge with cottage cheese and sour cream, ....... or .....
A small wrap in the fry pan with eggs on top, under the broiler with some grated cheese..
My LARGE mug of perked coffee (of course)......

Yes interestingly Ruby as an aside, Chrissy and I had an off forum discussion about using the like button, if a member shares something painful or they are having a bad day or whatever, we click the Like button, but we don't really like what is in the post, it's more a thank you for posting/sharing. We both felt guilty at times for saying like when we didn't really mean that.

The thing is Ruby I am not at all hungry in the morning and treat it as a part of a fast, it does sound unhealthy but I seem to thrive on it, but then I am a bit weird

oh yes Terry, thanks for that! I too take it to mean as thanks for sharing or acknowledgment mostly as well as really like, but also struggle with it when something sad is posted.

I do the same Terry and Chrissy...I click 'like' not only for enjoying a post..or agreeing with a post...but also if someone is sharing something heartfelt, or painful, not that I'm enjoying their sorrow but just as an acknowledgement that someone has read their post and feels empathy for them..

Breakfast this morning was 1/2 a slice of toasted muesli bread...and weak coffee...that was at 6am..I wouldn't eat then if I didn't have to take meds after food first thing in the morning,.

However by 11.30am I was starving...so one of my staff members went out and got me a Cheeseburger from the restaurant around the corner.. ..(something I very rarely eat)...but I really enjoyed that one today (not MaccyD's)

I never eat the same breakfast everyday. I have been known to eat leftovers for breakfast.Cereal for me is a snack food, never keeps me satisfied for long.Would rather have a very late breakfast, but not always possible.
Today I am having my coffee with half n half...a morning ritual.
Peanut butter jelly sammich with some Activa strawberry yogurt.
So what is your breakfast this morning:p
