Slice of pumpernickel bread with tad of mayo and spread of avacado and slice of ham, with a few bbq chips
I made shrimp ravioli last night with a vodka-based cream sauce. I got up this morning and decided the best way to freeze the rest of it would be to go ahead and cook it, and portion out servings with the sauce. Since I had an odd number of ravioli, I ate a couple of them for breakfast.
Judy made me Scrambelized Eggs, a Hash Brown Potato patty, and a large Sausage, with Wheat Toast and Orange Juice on the side. While dining, I enjoyed the Sunday broadcast of The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Organ, and Orchestra, which they have been presenting every Sunday for 90 years. Wow...what a choir they have...must be about 300 voices! Hal
Made a couple of scrambled egg burritos with onions, bell peppers, sausage, cheese, ketchup and hot sauce.
I was able to have my breakfast in the dining room this morning and was the only one there. I had my coffee in my apartment before going down stairs to eat. Most residents still eating in their apartments
