I made steel cut oats with chopped apple and fresh blueberries, flax and chia seeds, and fresh made almond-cashew milk. It should be a good before swimming breakfast. I only need 1/4 cup of the steel cut oats, because after I add the fruit , it makes a good sized meal.
Bacon, egg, potato, cheese burrito -with picante sauce. Lordy that was good, have not made that is ages. Skipping lunch today-maybe a snack later.
All I can do today is a Drake's devil dog and coffee. Definitely not the healthiest breakfast, but it is satisfying.
I've never been a breakfast eater, Gloria. Even if I have "breakfast food" it's usually lunchtime or for dinner.
I've not heard of these since I was a kid. Just another variation on a theme. Drakes also makes Yodels and Ring Dings.
It's shaped like a hot dog bun except it has 2 chocolate cake layers with cream filling. Drakes is the manufacturer. It's a form of a cake, I've been eating these for over 60 years.
