Coffee. I don't generally eat breakfast. We did as kids cuz mom made us. But otherwise once I had the freedom to choose I chose not to. It upset my tummy.
Usually, I just stick a needle in my arm from the coffee maker. Yesterday, i tried to eat more healthfully, like John Brunner. I made some buckwheat groats, pecans and goji berries. Nothing on it. I don't think that much roughage is as good as they say, unless I can stay home all day. Back to leftovers of rabbit, sauteed onions and thin sliced cabbage in white wine and dijon mustard sauce over rice.
My wife most often fix's two servings for my breakfast. She does this because she can remember how many oats and how much water it takes. To make one serving is harder to remember for her. Her vision is such that she can no longer read anything so I go with whatever is easier for her. I’ve grown to like the warmed over oatmeal. In fact, I’ve been reading about the night before oats and-am going to try those. What’s the saying? Every man to his own cup of tea.
Certainly Bill. I was just saying I do not think I could eat them. But the way you make them might be the key.
