    I have gained way too much in last 3 years. But I am done with all aspects of losing weight. Do try and least maintain and not get any bigger.

    My reasons for maintaining my weight aren't because of vanity...I love to eat too much to let that stop me. :)

    Main reason is that I'm uncomfortable past a certain weight, I don't feel good. Also for health reasons but that's a minor reason.

    Unless you're obese, I don't think it will make much difference in the end. Ive known skinny people die young and fat people live long.

    @Chrissy Cross ...well by a doctors standard or weight charts....I am more than a little over weight.
    Equally distributed weight helps some.

    I don't call that a side of bacon...I call it a slice of bacon or as in the picture...2 slices of bacon.

    they are all very British breakfast and afternoon tea types of foods.. (scones are a sweet and softer version of American biscuits, and are served with Jam and cream usually in the afternoon with tea or coffee )....


    Kippers are smoked herrings... (fish).... black pudding is pork and oatmeal made with pigs blood...
