Berry pie topped with yogurt, applesauce, and cottage cheese. Yes, I always have dessert first, especially on Spanksgiving Day.

    Welllll,
Covid might not be over but some of our friends are starting to crawl out from under their rocks. My hubby's brunch bunch met today and most were there. Hubby even let me come It is a bunch of old guys and sometimes wives, that go to an old diner. I had two scrambled eggs and good bacon, no toast, and good company. KInda nice.

I started gong to one of those that met monthly at IHOP. It disbanded during COVID. They started meeting again maybe 6 months ago, but you gotta know the secret vax handshake to get in.

No handshake here. There was mask wearing and spaced out seating for a bit but the kool aid wore off. Nobody has died--yet. Of course we are old

A slight variation from my regular cottage cheese and applesauce. I added the last piece of holiday banana bread to my regular duo of delight. Washing it down with coffee and eating the last two pieces of fudge as I type.
