Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, can of store-bought sausage gravy and second cup of coffee. Would rather have biscuits and gravy at perhaps Cracker Barrel, but.
I had my muesli with apples, blackberries, and homemade yogurt. This is becoming a favorite (and healthy) breakfast for me. (Kind of an ugly picture, but excellent information about fresh fruits and veggies. )
Because it easy to use, and, to me, it's not "canned junk". However, there are those that love, and buy, grocery store deli made mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. For me, I like making Kraft Mac & Cheese from the box. As far as mashed potatoes go, peel potatoes, boil, mash with a fork, add some milk/butter and let the electric mixer do the rest. But, I also have a box of Instant Mashed Potatoes, as in "highly rated" Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes. Boil water, butter, milk, add the flakes and stir. To me, less time and taste pretty darn good.
One scrambled egg, 2 pieces bacon, with herb and garlic laughing cow cheese on a hamburger bun. Coffee
Leftover angel food cake, with mandarin oranges, blueberry's, cool whip and sprinkle of pistachio nuts. half piece of bacon. Do not laugh, it was dang good!
I was going to laugh but then remembered I had the remaining 3rd of the 11" berry pie with a bowl of applesauce and later a pancake topped with peanut butter and honey and then a few spoonfuls of yogurt to keep my intestines bacterial happy. I rinsed my gums and kept my throat phlegm clear with a couple of cups of black coffee. I am always willing to share my unique recipes.
