I LOVE baby new red potatoes boiled, skins on, butter salt and white pepper. The color and everything about them. But where they come from is probably why.
I made fiber cake yesterday, so having a cup of coffee and piece of fiber cake for breakfast this morning. Then, I am going to try making my first sourdough bread, so tomorrow, I can have sourdough toast and coffee.
I refuse to shoot you. I am a long time leftover pizza for breakfast person and we used to host Japanese exchange students who wanted fermented soy bean soup as part of breakfast. I can eat anything at any time.
Since my last ER/Hospital visit-stay, I've fallen in love with ham and cheddar cheese omelet! Add a couple of skin-on breakfast pork sausage, hashbrowns, glass of 2% milk, juice glass of Cramberry Juice and some fruit (strawberries/blueberries) and I'm in 7th Heaven.
