We're dining out again tonight at the Steer & Stein steakhouse, as we do every week, and I'm thinking of having Chicken Teriyaki this time.

The menu says it's a skinless chicken breast, grilled with sauteed mushrooms and Teriyaki Sauce.

Very well...I'll have it with Mashed Potatoes and Brown Gravy, a Salad with Bleu Cheese, and a Stein of Beer.

Did being angry ever get you the last piece of chicken?
How many times have you had to sleep on the couch because you got angry?
Did Santa Clause bring you that pony after the first 6 times you got angry at him for NOT bringing you that pony?

Besides, there is some science out there that says that along with the sodium in Teriyaki chicken, anger can shorten your life span. At your age, I’d avoid at least one or both of those options.

Tonight I had a simple small dinner of Potato waffle, baked beans and sausages...

My hubs has just got home from work , he's a veggie ( gone from being a pescatarian) so I'm roasting him some red radishes , and he'll have them with some Bombay veggie curry

I am sitting in my recliner looking at the printed menu for the meals that will be available to me this evening in our dining room.
Meditereanean Chicken on a bed orzo and fresh vegetables is one choice or Trout with Jalapeno Tomato Butter the other choice.
Sweet Potato Pie for desert. I believe I will go with the trout.

My husband had buffalo wings and a big salad; I just had salad. I'll be digging in the fridge in a little while for some yogurt or something.

I made a bowl of salad, and I had some salmon with mine, Bobby will fix whatever he wants to go with his salad, since he usually eats his meal later than I do.
I am now having a large glass of iced coffee made with coconut milk. I used up all of the almond milk that I made the other day, and just now put more almonds to soak overnight, and will make fresh almond milk in the morning.
I have been adding a scoop of the powdered coconut milk into the fresh almond milk, and it really enhances the flavor.
