Whole grain penne, green beans, hamburg, diced tomatoes, spinach, sauce.
Flour tortillas,- chicken and chicken- and mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, onions.....tasty
Boneless country style ribs, baked beans and corn on the cob.
Tonight, we went out around 5.30pm ostensibly to go and have a quick drink at the pub in the next town and pick up a Chinese take-out to bring home. It was dark and chilly by the time we go to the pub, and everyone was there it felt too cosy to leave after a drink so instead, we ate there... ...didn't have much, I wasn't hungry enough for the huge Sunday lunches they serve all day until 11pm.. so I just had a cheeseburger with red onion & tomato salad... and some pork dumplings...

I actually cooked. I made a nice pot of chicken and rice and corn on the cob as well.
pan fried flounder, a bit of shrimp , baked French fries, salad....
Chicken noodle soup, made with the leftover rotisserie chicken from last night...
I probably should have waited, though. It's 80 degrees today but will be in the 40's on Friday.

We had late lunch in the pub, so tonight about 9pm I had some cod in tempura batter for supper...
Sweet potato, broccoli, salmon
Tonight it's homemade "hamburgers" with veggie burgers. I'm going to see if my husband can tell the difference. Also going to make sweet potato fries.
