I made vegetable beef soup in the pressure cooker. I really filled it up with a pound of stew meat cut into 1/2 inch or smaller bits and added seven vegetables, some from the freezer, some fresh, and some canned. I recently discovered Better Than Bouillon and made a pint of strong broth for the soup
Love Haddock, in fact I was just thinking earlier that I might get some smoked haddock out of the freezer ( i have both smoked and unsmoked) and poach it in milk, and serve it with some kale or spinach and a poached egg for lunch...
Tonight, I am having broiled flounder. That's really how I like most fish, broiled with lemon. If I use salmon or tuna steaks, I get a bit more creative with them.
We had Subway sandwiches today. I spent the day running the roads and was too pooped to cook. I'm thawing out a chuck roast to make a pot roast tomorrow, though.
I made a pasta meal the other night and there's a 3 days for each of us. Tonight we usually have Subway sandwiches. My plow guy gave me half a dozen packages of frozen venison that I'll get into next week.

I'm not eating much at the moment so I just had some cod for early dinner....... I may feel hungry later in which case I'll have some broccoli in cheese sauce...
