I dug some chicken tenders out of the freezer earlier and now I'm not in the mood for chicken. Not sure what I'll do with 'em; maybe just fry them and make mashed potatoes and something green.

My husband is taking his mother to the wake for her sister this evening, so he will have dinner with her. I'll probably scrounge a frozen dinner or make myself a ham sandwich for my supper. Hmmm, I wonder if there's a chicken pot pie down there???

Have been battling stomach flu virus since Monday night. Ate blandly today, so oatmeal and toast for me.
We stopped and grabbed burgers on our way home from the Medical Center. I wanted a BBQ brisket plate but the BBQ joint was closed by the time we got there. Dang.
Sorry to hear that. I usually go on a toast and Chicken Noodle soup diet...Campbell's, not Progresso.
Not sure. We do have a pot of red beans and some bread and crackers and I think some left over pot roast.
