For supper I had kimchee from a jar & peanut butter from a jar. I live alone and can't cook. Besides, if I eat kimchee fairly often, mosquitoes never land on me.
One should have a bit of garlic with every meal. WebMD says garlic is very good for one's health. Also, you no longer need worry about social distancing. People will voluntarily keep their distance.
Had hot dogs for lunch, so dinner was salad with Gouda cheese & crackers again. I did throw some pepperoni slices on top of the salad. And I had a fudgesicle for dessert.
Move over, Marie Callender.. I almost got my chicken pot pie recipe perfected tonight. Just needs more precise calibration of the amounts of each ingredient. ( No garlic. )
Cool! If you share your creations, post a recipe in the appropriate section. I've preferred the very basic concoction I've made over the frozen stuff, but not played around with improving it. It's tough to experiment when there's only one person in the household and it takes time to consume each attempt.
You and your focus group. At our age, strained peas is no longer an undesired food item, it's a medical condition
I think I'll make enchiladas today. I have some rotisserie chicken in the freezer and some of that Cream of Whatever in the pantry.
If I recall correctly, the last time Mr. asked for meatloaf you told him "What you want and what you're getting are two different things." What happened?????
I guess I'm getting soft in my old age. (Besides, I don't have to cook anything which is a bonus; we'll have meatloaf sandwiches. But I might toss some frozen fries into the air fryer.)
