We just had small dinner salad with Italian dressing, two small slices of pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and bell peppers.

    That's me tonight.

I'll have a salad and a couple slices of local pizzeria pizza I squirreled away in the freezer.

I try my best to eat healthy foods, but when I what my pizza fix, I will eat a small portion. I also just came back from an evening walk. Now it’s time for my Chardonnay!

    Same here.

I was thinking when I picked that one up that I only do it maybe 2-3 times a year, if that. As you say, I needed a fix and nothing else was gonna do. But I will make my own every once in a while when the cold weather hits.

    I don't think they're all that bad for us...we do have a salad. ;)

I have some leftover cornbread so I decided I will cook some chicken and make cornbread dressing. Maybe open a can of cranberry sauce too.

Grocery delivery later bringing a rotisserie chicken and bagged caesar salad. Probably will boil new potatoes, too.

For some reason I'm hankering for some tuna noodle casserole. So I'll make that and have a salad on the side.

Tuna noodle casserole leftovers from last night.

I made too much...I have 7 large servings left.
Shoulda halved the recipe. Next time I'll just buy a Stouffers.

    Homemade onion rings
    First try (bucket list)
Fried in skillet with 1/2" oil. No egg
    Not bad
Can do better next time (short on bread/cracker crumbs).

And you didn't call me? ;)

I'll take o-rings over fries any day of the week.

I only had one onion. :(

It was one of those days when the cupboard gets bare and you make do with whatever you can find.

Funny, I'm in that mode tonight.

I pulled out some leftover Chinese that I froze a while ago when I realized I had some chicken tenders and fries in the fridge I bought a few days ago. I got water boiling now to make hard boiled eggs and I'll throw those, the chicken and some lettuce into a bowl for a quick Cobb Salad. I still got some homemade honey mustard dressing I put together when I bought the tenders, so I'll top it all with that.

That Chinese food is gonna age some more I'm afraid...
