I recently cleaned out my freezers and found one serving of goulash stuck in a corner. I had it for dinner Sunday night. It was glorious!
Some kind of pasta in the Instant Pot. Probably rigatoni and italian sausage. ETA--OK, scratch that. I just realized I didn't put the chili leftovers in the freezer on Friday so I'll just heat that up and make some corn muffins.
Something easy yet to be determined. Probably chicken tender leftovers, goulash again, canned chili, or maybe pancakes and eggs over hard. I have one hour before I must make a decision. Decision made for leftover chicken tenders doused in ketchup. Microwave and marinate. I think I can handle that.
