Quesadillas, ranch beans, salad.

 

The last of the chili chicken cornbread tamale casserole.

 

Leftover roast, carrots and potatoes

 

fried flounder cottage fries and salad

 

Short rib shepherd's pie, raspberry tea.

 

Mashed potatoes and a leftover chicken with onion and gravy concoction that was a bit more foul than fowl tasting.

 

Philly cheese steak sandwich, chips.

 

And beer?

Spicy chili and jalapeno cornbread with a shot of Christian Brothers brandy. Any viral, bacterial, or fungal intestinal intruders best prepare to die and have the Brothers deliver their eulogy!
