Fresh green beans sautéed in toasted sesame oil, thin-sliced firm, fresh mushrooms, and Basmati rice. My new hiatal hernia has demanded that I roll back my gourmet vegan chef dishes. While I was first put into a definite funk, I'm now enjoying cooking the basics I started with, so long ago. It's all good, plus I can stuff my face, as in the past, and never gain a pound. Yay!
