Lots of times I make dinner at breakfast, in the crock pot etc so people (ME) can eat when they want. I don't sleep well at night and nap, as does hubby and daughter sometimes sneaks in after work before going home.
I have a grocery order coming today and I ordered a rotisserie chicken so that's dinner. I'll have to make salad or something to have with it.
Rarely before 10:00PM, usually at 11:00PM, often at 11:30PM. Normal bedtime is 2AM, and I'll get up around 8:30AM or 9AM. I usually nap for a couple of hours in the late afternoon/early evening so am having coffee and waking up for a second time when most folks are eating/have eaten. I've been working on my garden and skipped lunch a couple of days in the past week, so I also skipped my nap and had dinner around 6PM (It's been a very long time since I've eaten that early.) I really noticed no difference. I did not get hungry later, but I could tell I missed my nap.
Leftover roast beef on homemade buns with muenster cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Chips and dill pickle on the side.
100% Angus beef no nitrate or nitrite hot dogs grilled outdoors by yours truly. Green beans were skillfully microwaved. Topped with mustard and ketchup. Delicious!
Baked Russet Idaho spud with local butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, broccoli florets, and jalapeno ranch dressing. Strike the sour cream, it tastes bad. I will replace it with yogurt.
