Haha. That's the cobbler recipe... cuppa flour, cuppa sugar, cuppa milk...etc.

 

oh my goodness how did I not know that! My friend says it often, " 1cup,1cup,1cup recipes.

 

I've been craving egg rolls lately. I'm out of ginger or I'd make some fried chicken rice.

 

I was craving a salad sandwich about a week ago ,I wanted lettuce cucumber tomato and red onion
so I slashed out on very expensive items I tiny Lebanese cucumber cost me $1.10 @10 kg
Lettuce cost $4 normally $2 before all the price hikes
I guess I must have been craving cause it’s winter and we have hot veggies most days.
We enjoyed our roast lamb dinner last night

 

Rigatoni with Artichokes and Italian Sausage, garlic toast, salad.

 

Tonight we had ditalini with a tomato sauce made from homegrown tomatoes, salad, meatballs and Italian bread.

 

BBQ beef (made from a roast) and pasta salad

My wife and my daughter and her family went to a family gathering this afternoon, I stayed home to watch a Mets day / night doubleheader, so my supper was pretzels, Tostitos with salsa, and cookies.
