What's For Supper?

Popeye's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw.

 

we have dinner..mid-day..since trying to use what's in freezer...yikes!
it was...crunchy fish stix...chicken nuggets..fries...sweet peas

 

I have always loved fish sticks, especially the Gorton's extra crunchy ones.

 

Last night had minced beef rissoles I make myself by adding fresh bread crumbs ,onion grated carrot fresh mint and parsley and egg.
Had with mashed potatoes / carrots / fresh beans and gravy

 

Me to club on that!..ha!

 

Chicken was on sale

Today was beef stirfry over rice.

 

@Beth Gallagher I only spatchcock when I put it directly on the grate. I left this one whole because of the cast iron and I'm lazy today

 

It was bad enough I had to clean my grate in this heat

 

I was wondering why it was in the pan, but then decided it was because of the 'taters. So that's a whole chicken not spatchcocked? It looks kind of flat from this angle. What time is supper?

 

Good afternoon to all-
Supper tonight is slow grilled/smoked thick cut pork chops. I put a pickin' of summer green beans in the slow cooker this morning to go with the chops.
I do enjoy cooking on my big green egg- so nice.
