    we have dinner..mid-day..since trying to use what's in freezer...yikes!
    it was...crunchy fish stix...chicken nuggets..fries...sweet peas

    Last night had minced beef rissoles I make myself by adding fresh bread crumbs ,onion grated carrot fresh mint and parsley and egg.
    Had with mashed potatoes / carrots / fresh beans and gravy

    @Beth Gallagher I only spatchcock when I put it directly on the grate. I left this one whole because of the cast iron and I'm lazy today :cool:

    I was wondering why it was in the pan, but then decided it was because of the 'taters. So that's a whole chicken not spatchcocked? It looks kind of flat from this angle. :D What time is supper?

    Good afternoon to all-
    Supper tonight is slow grilled/smoked thick cut pork chops. I put a pickin' of summer green beans in the slow cooker this morning to go with the chops.
    I do enjoy cooking on my big green egg- so nice.
