What's For Supper?

Meatloaf, baked potatoes, and roasted carrots.

 

It's raining and a cool, dreary day... so I'm trying Krys's beef noodle soup. It's simmering away and I'll add the noodles after an hour or so. I didn't have stew beef thawed out so I used a pound of ground chuck instead. Smells good!!

 

We're having meat loaf too. Biscuits and potatoes. For me its a plurge day.

Cheeseburger and fries from the local diner.

 

Chipotle salad with carnitas, chips and queso, beer. Yummy.

 

Wife’s gone for the night. Hot wangs and fries.

 

Another rainy afternoon, and the better half asked for split pea with ham soup. I'll make a pan of cornbread to go with the soup. I just put a small white cake in the oven so I'll whip up some buttercream frosting and slice a few strawberries to go with that for dessert.

 

Not sure about dinner but here’s dessert

 

Oven baked chicken breast, baked potato, and fresh steamed green beans.

 

Soup and saltine crackers. Campbell smokes turkey with white and wild rice.

 

I ended up with Jersey Mikes. Now for dessert

 

Pot roast with potatoes and carrots, cucumber/tomato salad, biscuits.
