Chicken breat cooked with Golden Lipton soup, in crock pot, added red and green bell peppers, medium noodles and 2 tb of low sodium cream of chicken. i did not have broth , thats hwy i added that. Corn and baby English peas. Wew both thought tasty.
I do actually see it in a couple of our markets ocassionally. I don't buy meatloaf there as the cracker, corn flakes, oatmeal, breadcrumbs, etc are fillers meant to bind and to absorb the grease from the meat. My meat is homegrown and low fat.
I'm making a pot roast with potatoes and carrots to take over to my sister-in-law's for their dinner. She fell off a ladder while trimming trees and broke her arm. I'm also sending a loaf of homemade bread. We'll probably have tuna salad sandwiches since I'm already tired from cooking their dinner.
You got it going on with the meat, the right idea. I too think you may find it in a market, but who made it, and how good would it be? I prefer homemade over market-bought myself.
Thank you, Krystal it is. It's been a little while, but like to make these for dessert, chocolate chip, pecan, and raisin cookies.
No bad stuff, sliced thin beef hot dogs with peas with deconstructed (not purposely) peanut butter cookies for dessert.
