Panda Express. I ordered mushroom chicken and super greens; it was fairly nasty. Luckily I had a fortune cookie to tide me over.
fried cabbage with onions, and bacon , white potatoes with butter salt an pepper.. and this which was so good .https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/255305/simple-chicken-mayo-with-parmesan-and-bread-crumbs/ peach cobbler and Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on top
I've never tried it with mayo, I don't go for anything white in the way of salad dressings, I'm fussy like that.
Hardee's sent me some coupons in the mail, so I got 12 pieces of fried chicken. Had some for dinner and froze the rest for later. -Salad -Fried chicken -Baked potato -Green beans No fudgesicle, no cookies. Trying to keep the excess pounds off.
I had some cabbage that I needed to use up, and I found this video on youtube for a kind of cabbage casserole. It looked easy to make (which is a requirement for me), and had only a few ingredients (another plus); so I made this for our dinner this afternoon. It has no meat, and just some cheese for protein, which is good because with my kidney problems, I have to be careful of protein intake. Too much, and my kidneys can’t filter it properly, so I try to walk that line between getting as much as I need, and not getting too much protein, especially animal protein. Anyway, this turned out pretty good, we both enjoyed it, and I will probably make it again, since it is easy to make. For some reason, this can’t be watched directly from the forum, you have to click on the link to watch it from youtube.
May try this one, although I've never heard of Cabbage Casserole before I do like cabbage, so we will try it and see. Thanks.
