I am not sure what Bobby ate today, but I had a taco salad for lunch, and we both had Ninja Creami ice cream for dinner. Well, it is my dinner, Bobby might eat more when he gets hungry.
I made my ice cream with the meal replacement shake and cottage cheese, and it was amazingly filling !
I think that I can do this ! One meal and one meal replacement shake, made in the Ninja Creami.
That should really help stop the swelling in my legs from the heart failure, and in another week or so, we can go back to the fitness center and I will swim.

My neighbors just dropped off fried oysters, collards, corn bread, and yams.

It pays to be nice to people. ;)

Turkey sandwiches, Jake had burger, chips. Being diabetic leaves little to write about food wise.:(
Open face sand on rye, but BG was 106,which isn't that bad since I didn't workout today or do much of anything,

After my neighbors dropped off all that food yesterday, he called and said "We forgot the meats." Then he dropped off a steak, some roast beef, ham, and chicken wings. I had the steak last night. Tonight I'll have the fried oysters and some of the sides they made.

2025 is starting off on the right foot.

There are 3 families down this right-of-way...there's me, there's Harry & his wife in the house they built around 1980, and there's Harry's non-identical twin brother Larry with his wife and 1 of his sisters in the tiny house they grew up in. Harry & Larry are my age. Edna (the sister) is the one who likes to cook.

I got so lucky having them as neighbors. We help each other out with just about everything.
