I have no idea what you're talking about. I haven't known anyone in this group for years.

 

I tried to buy replacement garage doors from a small shop here. It took 6 MONTHS to get them here with many phone calls from myself and others. We had paid up front and didn't know what was going on and the shop could not give us our money back and didn't quite know what was going on either. The owner showed up on Christmas eve to install them ( nice weather fortunately). He said covid restrictions on interstate commerce was why and they didn't know when stuff was coming because the drivers had to quarantine/be checked every so often--inter states, food/gas stops, 14 days each time with multiple orders...This little shop was ready to close from all the harassment caused by government policies. Like many other small businesses.
And now we know the truth about it not being necessary.

 

Not the country but the corruption of the 'elected officials' who vote for their enrichment and not for their constituents. Unfortunately the media controls the minds of the populace and ads inspire how to vote.

 

Not sure what you mean by "now we know the truth." I think your "truth" is much different from mine.

 

Everyone but the easily indoctrinated knew the truth when liquor stores were allowed to stay open but yet churches, even when the services were held outdoors with the congregants in their cars were Not allowed.
We knew the truth when mom and pop hardware stores with only one or two shoppers at any one time were forced to close but yet the large package stores with hundreds of customers were allowed to stay open.
We knew the truth when only people of power could get a haircut or go out to dine or travel.
I guess the real nail in the coffin was when health workers who had been slaving throughout the pandemic were suddenly forced to get jabbed a year after the the storm settled.

The problem with it all though is that even though we’d like to say all the disinformation was created by liberal politicians who were and are heavily invested in the stock market, there were a lot of conservatives involved with it too.
That said, it is still those who have brandished the liberal torch of fear that is keeping those gullible enough to follow them in lockstep because sadly, it is always fear that motivates the most emotion and negates wisdom and reason.

I constantly read and hear the new woke liberal mantra of, “I follow the science” and to that I have to ask, which science? The science that is meant to instill fear or the science that is meant to create calm and thought?
Fear makes more money and tightens the chains so let’s go with that.

Note: I dunno if anyone else noticed it but directly after the pandemic went into a lull, the new woke liberals started up with the pronoun thing and all the trans issues including allowing “scientists” to castrate young boys based on a boy’s adult taught misgivings about his own sexuality. Strange.

 

We go to brunch fairly often with a few friends. It has been cancelled by two fully vaxxed and boosted separate couples in the last two weeks by their having covid.

 

We still don't know the whole truth of the numbers of people that died from the vaccination, and probably never will. They shot it into plenty of people that basically had no other choice but to take it.

There were plenty of well-informed Doctors, nurses, and scientists that never were heard thanks to MSM because Big Pharma, Fauci and others didn't want us to know anything at all, just follow their "orders".
