Yeah, raspberry Lipton tea bags are also pretty good, but I feel that their flavour is a tad bit too sweet for me. As for iced mint tea's taste, there's a reason it's my favorite. ;)

If you make it right and you use actual mint, you get a fantastic brew. I also recommend adding lemon and/or honey to make it even better.

Krakow is definitely a beautiful city to visit, the Baltic Sea in Poland is also lovely and so are the mountains in Tatry! Oh, that's great to hear. :D [IMG]

I like eating sweet food/drinks. Sugar all the way. :D I could imagine that kind of freshness you get if you drink that mint tea. :p

Believe me here, you NEED to replace sugar with honey. I've also got a sweet tooth: I eat many sweets, maybe too many for my own good. Even I think that honey not only makes tea sweeter, but it makes it tastier and healthier.

Just try it out: add a couple teaspoons of honey to your tea and no sugar. You won't regret it.

I prefer sugar hands down, and still sugar cubes when available to give my coffee/tea table an old-time touch of refinement.

Even though when it comes to sweeteners, I may not only add honey to my drinks when I run out of sugar, but also marmalade to the tea or caramel/maple syrups to my coffee to avoid drink them unsweetened.

I did drink my tea with honey in the past, but changed it to drinking my tea with sugar.
You are probably right, I know that honey has more benefits for you're health, but it's a habit by now.
It's something I do every day, put two teaspoons of sugar to my tea or coffee.

We use sugar or honey, and sometimes molasses, to sweeten many things but in recent years we started sweetening many drinks with stevia.

We do not ever use artificial sweeteners of any kind.

I seldom use regular white sugar. To me, it really does not have much taste except for adding sweetness to something. I like the actual taste of a natural sweetner, and I use brown sugar, honey, molasses, or sorgham as a sweetner most of the time.
Another sweetner that I really enjoy, is coconut sugar.
It is similar to brown sugar, but has a lower value on the glycemic index, and is used by many people who have diabetes for that reason.
I do not have diabetes, but I like that the coconut sugar does not spike blood sugar and then drop it , like regular sugar will do. I also like the flavor of the coconut sugar, it is not as strong as most of the natural sweetners, like brown sugar or molasses, and yet has a delicious flavor.
I get mine from Amazon (of course !); but it is also in the grocery stores, just costs mosre there.

Stevia? What's that? So it has sweetening properties?

Why did you "quit" honey? I really don't find there to be any difference in taste; the only difference is that honey is healthier and I don't feel guilty for jamming teaspoon after teaspoon of that into my tea. :)

I prefer tea. I drink about 2 quarts a day! I brew up mainly fruited herbal teas, steep them and then allow them to cool and then stick them in the fridge. I add a little bit of 1/2 n 1/2 and some artificial sweetener and then a little diet 7-Up. Yes, I like to make up concoctions!

I don't drink much hot coffee, but I do liked my iced coffees. My favorite is a McDonald's medium iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla. Yum!

I drink both tea and coffee. Lately, the past couple of years my consumption is about fifty/fifty. If I could have only one tea I would drink Assum hot tea. I drink a Russian Carivan blend of black tea and I also drink raspberry cold tea. Most of my teas are leaf tea.

I don't use sugar. I like honey and maple syrup as sweeteners in my coffee or cereal. I love shredded wheat with maple syrup in almond milk. I have a bowl every night.

I drink way too much coffee, wish I could cut down. I love the flavor honey gives it.

As far as warm drinks, its coffee. I will drink coffee until mid afternoon, and then I drink sweet iced tea up until I go to bed. I don't drink juice, soda, nothing like that.
