I've tried hot tea before, several different flavors, but I just can't do it. I drink coffee because of the caffeine. I really don't like any hot drink. Maybe its because I drink too fast..
I didn't think about this earlier, but I do love a cup of hot cocoa when it's cold. A blanket, fuzzy socks, and hot cocoa... But I wait for it to cool down so I can drink it really fast lol
lol no kidding! My favorites are the Hobbit and the trilogy, and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe series. I have read them so many times!!
Seriously?!! They are my favourites too. Apart from those I also loved reading the Harry Potter seres and A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. I have also read The Hunger games by Suzanne Collins and Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. I'm a big fan of that genre.
I'm going to have to go with coffee. But when I lay down to read until I fall asleep, its typically apple juice. Apple juice right before you go to sleep, will cause more vivid dreams.
If there would be an option "hot chocolate", I would go with it , but there isn't, so I would probably pick tea, that would calm me, so specifically it would be green tea.
That's good to know. I like remembering my dreams, even nightmares. Drinking how many glasses of apple juice would you recommend?
I, personally, drink one full glass. Sometimes more if I'm really thirsty. It seems to me that as long as its the last thing I ingest, it doesn't take too much.
Started drinking coffee the same time I started smoking cigs........when I went into the Navy onboard ship. It can get mighty cold standing a "Mid-Watch" (11:45PM to 3:45AM) in the wintertime at sea. Could only smoke on Forward or Aft Watch areas, not on the Bridge. Coffee was always with cream/sugar. Was never a heavy smoker, but when it came to staying awake on an outside watch, a hot cup of coffee and cig sure helped! As for today, no longer smoke, but have one cup of coffee when I first get up in the AM and generally that's it. If we eat breakfast at a restaurant, I will drink a couple of cups. Drink it with flavored cream and Splenda, since I'm a Diabetic II now. But don't drink coffee all day like some "Baby Boomers" do.
