    Von, let us know whether you are satisfied with the brand you bought. After you have them for a while, of course. It's always good to get an opinion from somebody who has used a product.

    Hmmm. Good point, Von. That's probably why mine have lasted so well; it hardly ever freezes or snows here, plus my car is always in the garage.

    Our wipers would last a lot longer if I could get my wife to quit trying to use them to clear ice and snow from the windshield. I think it's a female thing. ;)

    It is on the packages to clear windshields of ice and snow before use or is it?:rolleyes:

    I have tried Rainex wipers, but the coating they put on lasted less than a year.
    Now for our vehicles I just buy the ones at Costco made by Michelin, they seem to work really well and are under $10 each.

    I did check the package for this and I found nothing about cleaning wipers for ice and snow. Not even a 'Please Read.'

    Trust me, your wipers won't clear ice from the windshield. Soft, fluffy snow, maybe.
