Does anyone else have a problem logging in? Marie had to log in twice this morning and it has logged her out again, she can't get logged back in. She had also clicked the stay logged in button both times. I'm for some reason, able to stay logged in.
Yes, I am having similar problems. I can log in, but when I try to go elsewhere, I get logged out. It started a couple days ago. This is the first time I have stayed in long enough to post.
My login issues started a couple weeks back when my ATT smart home manager restricted this web site by preventing any login at all. I decided to try a VPN service where I logged in from Ireland and that allowed me to log in. Everything was working fine again until a couple days ago when logging in worked but then a new problem started. With the exception of this post, the new problem is that I can initially log in, but if I try doing anything else, I get logged out.
She's having a hard time staying logged in even though she clicks the stay logged in button, if she leaves and comes back it logs her out and now it won't even let her log in. Mine works fine for some reason. I thought maybe she was doing something wrong, so I tried it on hers and she was right won't work.
Very strange! I assume you both are using the same service provider. Have you tried turning off her computer, counting to 30, and then turning the computer on again?
No, she's able to log in everywhere else she goes. I tried it again after I posted you, and it still won't work. Oh and yes we use the same service provider.
Jake, I get all kinds of strange things happening with my computers, three Macs and two PCs. When completely bogged down with an issue, no matter what it seems to be, I have found that a hard reset of the computer (shutting it down for 30 seconds to clear the cache) often restores it to normal conditions. I think you should try a complete shutdown followed by a restart. It might fix the issue. If not, then you may need tech support to fix her computer.
You may be right, I do that from time to time when different problems arise. Just seemed a little strange that I could be logged in and that she could go anywhere else on hers and it works fine. If mods don't see anything that it could be, then I will try that too and see what happens, John, thanks.
I have to re-log in sometimes. Often if my battery dies. It is like re-booting and then I am logged out of here and have to resign into other places. Here, I have to go to settings, accept cookies, log in and go back to deny cookies when I go to move to another site.
John, I did restart it again this morning, plus after clearing all history I did a shutdown update. Thanks for help and suggestions.

Hi Marie, I am glad to hear that a hard reset has fixed your login issue. The computer I normally use has the problem of allowing me to login but then if I try to post, it logs me out. The reason this message is posted is because I had to login from another computer to post.
