I don't have this pizza pan--YET! I am going to get it. I really like Calphalon. https://www.amazon.com/Calphalon-No...EZG?tag=bngsmtphsnus-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=8 I have had these large cookie sheet pans for 20 plus years, except mine are black steel. No warping, twisting, or rusting. I about choked when I paid 15 dollars a piece for them at that time. But it was the best investment I ever made since I did/do a lot of baking over the years. I always bake my cookies, pastries, biscuits, etc. on parchment paper. No burning or sticking to the pan. I never wash mine in the dishwasher. https://www.amazon.com/Calphalon-No...08BULH0I?tag=bngsmtphsnus-20&linkCode=df0&hva
Yup. That surprises me, because that's all I got without even trying. I could go 12", but I prefer not to.
try this: @ restuarantsupply.com it's a cake pan 12" X 2" Item #642258 MFG# 224275 $5.39 I use large flour tortillas and bake at 425deg. for 9-10 minutes.
I happen to have almost a complete set of cast iron, even if the sh*t does not hit the fan. No PFOS and can use over camp fire and wood stove.
And we don't have to lift weights or kettle bells, or stupid stuff...I was so excited when my hubby found me an old dutch oven with the real lid!!!
I bough a set of cast iron pans at a department store called Zayre. That was nearly 50 years ago. They're well-seasoned. I also picked up a cast iron griddle somewhere along the way. I only cook with non-cast iron pans if I'm doing something that has a high volume of liquid in it.
Several years back, my wife came across someone with a large shed full of cast iron. Most of it was in pretty good shape, and she restored the rest of it, seasoning all of it, and sold most of it for her on eBay at a nice profit. Plus, we got to keep all of the cast iron we needed.
