I don't have this pizza pan--YET! I am going to get it.:D I really like Calphalon.

I have had these large cookie sheet pans for 20 plus years, except mine are black steel. No warping, twisting, or rusting. I about choked when I paid 15 dollars a piece for them at that time. But it was the best investment I ever made since I did/do a lot of baking over the years. I always bake my cookies, pastries, biscuits, etc. on parchment paper. No burning or sticking to the pan. I never wash mine in the dishwasher.

Yup. That surprises me, because that's all I got without even trying. I could go 12", but I prefer not to.

I happen to have almost a complete set of cast iron, even if the sh*t does not hit the fan. No PFOS and can use over camp fire and wood stove.

We use cast iron almost exclusively, and not that new-fangled crap they call cast iron.

I bough a set of cast iron pans at a department store called Zayre. That was nearly 50 years ago. They're well-seasoned. I also picked up a cast iron griddle somewhere along the way.

I only cook with non-cast iron pans if I'm doing something that has a high volume of liquid in it.

Several years back, my wife came across someone with a large shed full of cast iron. Most of it was in pretty good shape, and she restored the rest of it, seasoning all of it, and sold most of it for her on eBay at a nice profit. Plus, we got to keep all of the cast iron we needed.
