Is this a government Medicare survey or one by private Medicare supplement companies? It sounds private since they have rewards and a cut-off age.
Honestly, I don't have an answer for the question, Faye. It could be any organization gathering information about experiences with Medicare to submit with hopes of changes, hopefully for the better, for those on Medicare.
