See that's what I mean about giving too much. I gave them a chance to investigate, and the toons ran with it. Said they were just going in to look around and I woke up violated.

Marie is a diabetic so she probably checks her glucose levels a few times a day.

Seems like it had one side effect, it makes you use the word too, too much.

Many are low or even deficient in potassium, look up RDA on adults and potassium needs. I take extra every day and I know I don't get enough potassium rich foods....I've been working on this one for years.

Most of our food has been engineered so its not what it used to be.15 years ago I was on 'Organic Gardening' site and learned lots of things I really didn't need to know it is a good example of " Ignorance is Bliss".
Much of uur vitamins are from China or other nations, we don't manufacture anything much.

Maybe red wine is like Granny Clampett's rheumatiz medicine. It doesn't cure it but it makes having it a pure pleasure.:D

So true, @Marie Mallery. It is something we need to be aware of.

Don we try to grow some of our food but it is getting to be too hard along with all the other things going on here. Guess we make too many bad choices.

    From the article........

The potential heart-healthy benefits of red wine and other alcoholic drinks continue to be studied. Those who drink moderate amounts of alcohol, including red wine, seem to have a lower risk of heart disease.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :)

I seldom drink and that was usually a beer, maybe 2 every few months.
Last time I drank wine was one month ago till this week but I'm thinking about drinking a couple glasses a week if I can get the taste for it that often.

I can't drink wine. It puts me to sleep. I could drink 2 or 3 ounces and can't hold my eyes open.
