Disappointment ! My new coffee mug arrived today, and it was cracked down the side, and the top has a big chip out of the edge; so it is not usable at all. I have contacted the company and as for a replacement, and i sent them pictures of the broken mug. If that does not work, then I am sure that Amazon will refund my money, and i can order a new one. I was looking forward to trying it today .
