I agree about the importance of good B+complex vitamins, too. I have just been reading about the importance of thiamine, and that most people are deficient in this vitamin, but even most blood tests don’t show that unless they are testing specifically for this. So, I ordered a bottle of thiamine from Amazon, and take one in the morning, for more energy. I read that you need to have the full spectrum of B complex, and so I also bought a bottle of nutritional yeast, and I have some of that every morning in a small glass of V-8 juice. I can really tell the difference when I am swimming, and I have more endurance .
