@Bess Barber One of our little Chipmunks eating out back on the stoop one day decided to look in on our living room. I was afraid his little claws might become ensnarled in the Arcadia Door screen, but no problem. My wife had her camera handy:
Great info on squirrels, and experience. At the farm we had several spruce trees, which were full of those small cones filled with syrup and seed when they dried up. had some very busy squirrels, they would pick off the cones and put them in a pile at the base of the tree, made my job easier when clearing the cones, so i gathered them up to take away. After they made these piles they take them to the garage, any building they could get in. once they all tried up, they opened, fell down everywhere, guess who had to clean them up. They took breaks from picking, and had some snack. they ate the cones like we eat corn on the cob, on the ground were all the pine cone cobs....for me to pick.....pay back time...sorry squirrels...lol...lol.
