It's always been "the few" that stand their ground, sometimes get beaten to death, sometimes win. Like all those truckers (Canada's and US) but the governments, Caesars, won because this world is over-run with not just stupid, but cowardly, lazy people.

I've lived around several, come in contact with them but using the same stairwells or elevators. Many of them end up in the hospital and even die, before I even know they were sick because we aren't told (privacy right). I've kept up on exercise, eating whole foods, grass-fed beef, fish etc., and I use a lot of herbs, and spices, that are "said" to build the immune system. I haven't gotten sick, and I pray I don't but what I see, especially in this apartment building is a general lack of care, or responsibility for their own health.

I gave in and took the Maderna shots (2) and 1 booster so yes, maybe that is helping, but these other many strains, and the flus and colds besides (I've heard a few here got pneumonia). 2 people have disappeared and no one knows if they died or what. I don't know, but I always heard with aging comes wisdom, I wonder :rolleyes:

I was talking to a young woman who is helping me with my house, getting at things in lower cabinets, sorting... She complained about sweating profusely. Even just sitting sometimes. I told her it was probably a B1 deficiency. The problem with vitamin b's is that they need to be taken as a complex. And the problem with that is they are water soluble, so easily flushed and are used up very quickly by sugar, simple carbs alcohol etc.
    Too much information.
Doctors probably can't make any headway explaining nutrition because we can't possibly give up snack foods. I can't believe the baby deserts in jars!

My husband has refused any vaccines. He takes his vitamin d3 and zinc etc. We think he may have contracted covid a couple months ago because he thought my chili wasn't spicy. And he thinks his sense of smell was gone. Never tested. Did not die and he is 80. March, 2021, I got the one and done so I could get into a hospital to visit my daughter. The people who die have other circumstances involved. Maybe Dr John Campbell has the figures of those who die of covid vs those who die with covid. (If they allow the figures to get out.)

Apropos to Bob's comment - Tears For Fears - Mad World lyrics (partial)

All around me are familiar faces
    Worn-out places, worn-out faces

Bright and early for their daily races
    Going nowhere, going nowhere

And their tears are filling up their glasses
    No expression, no expression

Hide my head, I want to drown my sorrow
    No tomorrow, no tomorrow

And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad

The dreams in which I'm dying
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, 'cause I find it hard to take

    When people run in circles
    It's a very, very
    Mad world

Children waiting for the day they feel good
    Happy birthday, happy birthday

Made to feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen

Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me

Hello, teacher, tell me what's my lesson
Look right through me, look right through me
