Hi @Von Jones , nope, nothing went as outlined in email, nothing was said, it was a very frosty reception. As mentioned earlier, I'm gutted. I seriously never expected this. Especially that their webpages speaks of funny discussions and a heartfelt welcome... Aye right! At least, I've remedied the situation, well a wee bit... I've joined two authors Discord!
@Caitlin D Burnside Very disappointing yet unusual that there hasn't been any communication to the attendees. No doubt there were others that felt the same way I would have too. There is always the ice breaker with introductions if the agenda noted it. Were you able to use that time to at least network at all?
I went shopping at Walmart for some odds & ends. I rang up (2) 30 oz. bags of 8 O'Clock coffee and (2) 150 ft² rolls of house brand aluminum foil. Then I looked at the total. $50. And I still had more stuff in my cart. I should bought toilet paper. I needed it.
I want to know, respectfully, two things that dems disagree with in this vid. Not the messenger, but the message.
The pre-Clinton America is the last thing the Elites want. That is what Trump wants, and that is why they cannot tolerate him.
Guess there are those, but definitely not older seniors, that will never slow down when driving in rainy/snowy weather. No wonder there are so many accidents!
Not really a rant but anyone know of the organization True the Vote? Volunteered? communicated with...?
I wanted to see if COQ10 thins blood, so I did a web search. WebMD says "but it does not thin blood" right before WebMD says "but it may also thin blood." My subordinate rant is that I often come across these search summaries whose content cannot be found on the linked webpage. There is nothing in the first WebMD website about COQ10 thinning (or not thinning) blood. In fact, the word "thin" does not appear in that article at all. I find this quite often...a search summary has what I am looking for, while the actual webpage contains no such information.
It might be in the definition of "thinning blood". It could mean different things to different people. It reduces fibronectin and other factors involved with clotting. Here is an article with a more complete rundown in case you missed it. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6131403/
John B. it is always good to look at the dates the the information was entered. One may have been entered before the other.
CoQ10 is an ezyme that your body produces. It is severely reduced by statin drugs. By design? Me, If I took statins, which I never will, I would take a goodly amount of CoQ10. As we get older, we produce less. I give it to hubby. Natokinase is a proteolitic enzyme that 'thins' the blood, cleaning stuff up, if that is what you are looking for. I take buckets of serrapeptase (2-3 enteric coated capsules on an empty stomach) which eats dead proteins in blood vessels and lungs.
