Dear Betty, That is a salty question and not one to be taken with a grain of salt. The best way to get off something addictive is to dilute it. I suggest drinking beer with your pretzels and gradually increasing the beer and decreasing the pretzels. Be sure to add some cheese into the mix for the best results.
