I think Americans must be the stupidest people in the developed world. Just a few weeks ago, I was installing some electrical equipment and it the instructions (in French Spanish, and English) was the warning: "For U.S., do not spray water directly into electrical outlets, as it can be hazardous." It struck me that only people living in the U.S. needed to be warned not to spray water directly into electrical stuff.
There was no warning in the French and Spanish, so I guess it was ONLY for the English-speaking American population. I would have to fetch the container out of the trash to see if it was made or printed in China.
