    Not vegetables but still from my garden

    Our apricots are ripe about 2 weeks earlier than usual ,we picked 2 x 10 ltr buckets full this morning.
    We are forecast for 39c about 100f for the next week so the rest on-the tree should be ripe by this time next week so we can get into drying / preserving and maybe one lot of jam
    We on average get around 60kg ( 130+ pounds ) of fruit off the tree ( we have 2 miniature apricots as well but they never produce much in the way of fruit and when it dose they are smallish ) Where the “normal “ apricot produces huge fruit

    The apricots look great make sure you save the seeds for anyone who has cancer.
