I'm not sure I remember the dif for either of those words or if I ever knew, but I do get what you're saying. John you and a couple others here have helped me catch back up on my grammar and syntax though. Thanks, y'all.
Some people have accused me of posting a picture of Harrison Ford and pretending it's me. The truth is that I'm even better looking than Harrison but I don't want to post my own picture because of all the women that would come after me for cheap sex. I want true love, not casual one nighters. ( Is anybody buying this? )
I remember when we only heard that in western movies (from the Indian Chief) and thought it was fine conversation. But now it seems to be a response to most anything from people who want to display displeasure.
Oh, I just thought of a good one that needs to go ... "Haters gonna hate" I always take it as projection when someone says it.
It's become a word. ugh [əɡ] EXCLAMATION INFORMAL used to express disgust or horror: "Ugh! What's this disgusting object?"
Base as in, “He’s base”. I’m already tired of hearing it. It is a new term that is supposed to mean someone or something that is factual or foundational. Also, instead of saying, ‘that’s true”, one now says, that’s base.” and a person who is speaking the truth it’s, he or she is base.
I wish theses words would go away! Hangry "irritable or angry because of hunger" Brah or Bruh "male friend"
