That's great news to hear Yvonne after the trauma you recently went through, long may your health continue to improve
This isn't a condition I gave much thought to until recently, but in the last couple of weeks I've found out that two women I know (both a lot older than me) have had blood clots in their legs this year. We had tea with the one woman yesterday and she told us the whole story of what she's been through - a real comedy of errors because the first two doctors she went to were really negligent, resulting in her suffering three clots and a dislocated knee in a really short period. Luckily she's now found a good doctor and is well again, but it took months to get everything sorted out properly. I'l glad you got the right treatment and that you're doing so well.
Blood clots can be very dangerous but can also be easily fixed. First Dr Wallach sued the FDA and won to be able to say that strokes and thrombotic heart attacks can be prevented by Omega 3 fatty acids or a correct mixture or 3-6-9 .Also there is a Japanese cheese call natto which has a chemical called nattokinase which dissolves blood clots better than any drug on the market and it works great I was able to stop a stroke safely even after it had started showing symptoms. Blood clots in the legs could be reversed with natto and just to be safe use Omega 3 oils.
The mixture of Omega acids 3-6-9 most people are deficient in Omega 3. The other two are more common in foods.
I researched Natto cheese and while it's true that it is known to dissolve blood clots, we still don't have adequate scientific evidence demonstrating the safety and effectiveness of nattokinase as an anticoagulant. The active nutritional ingredient in it is Vitamin K. There's a lot of Vitamin K in fresh Kale so that's a great alternative. Thank you for clarifying what the Omega 3-6-9 was. I've only heard of Omega 3 so I was confused.
