In a hotel room in Florida. Detective's say they didn't see any foul play done. Leaving the "cause of death" up to the Medical Examiners Office to find out.
Nobody knew Bob Saget? I use to watch him in Full House years ago. Anyway, the Medical Examiners preliminary report states "no drugs or foul play", but complete report won't be done for 10-12 weeks. Sort of wonder if the ME was told not to reveal anything bad?
I saw him on Carson last night...he seemed to be in good health. Sorry, that's probably not appropriate. I only remember him from one of those Funniest Videos shows. I stopped watching sitcoms in the 80s...kinda burned out on them. Lots of people die in hotel rooms like that. So many great jazz musicians in their 50s & 60s just drop dead while on the road...it's usually a heart thing.
Last year one of the Righteous Brothers died the same ! They usually never stop working even when they know they have health issues.
It's interesting, isn't it? We were talking on other threads about Spencer Tracy filming "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner" while seriously ill and dying before its released, and Edward G. Robinson filming "Soylent Green" while he had bladder cancer and dying 2 weeks later. I've never had a job I loved that much. I guess the reason these people make it to where they have is because their careers are their lives. Either that or they've spent it faster than they've made it, so are kinda stuck.
You missed Clark Gable dying while filming The Wild Bunch, I think that was the title with Marilyn Monroe and two more Hollywood Heavy Hitters, rounding up wild horses for the glue factory. I never liked the movie just because of the subject matter. It did give a very good insight to how sick Gable really was, he was just totally worn out and used up.
