It has been leaked from somewhere that the threat is Russian nuclear weapons in space. It is to guard against a decapitation strike on Putin since that is apparently in the U.S. plans if things get desperate. They are also worried that the government might not have time to get to the bunkers if Russia decides to launch a first strike. Continuity of government is always their first priority, i.e., politicians and elites get to be saved if they cause a nuclear war.
Now it appears the entire thing is an effort to get support for Ukraine funding in the House. Sadly, just another scam. Everything the government tells us is a lie. It was also a cover for the release of the documentation of information concerning the attempted coup against Trump beginning in 2016.
I saw that too but I don't trust that report either. How do we know that they aren't blaming it on funding for Ukraine to cover up what it really is?
