What homeopathic treatments are you doing? At my last visit, my eye doctor said that my cataracts were now over the center of my eye (the worst possible spot), but it's still not surgery time. I'm taking fish oil (DHA/EPA) and Lutein/Zeaxanthin.
Hubby had the traditional surgery. It went well on both eyes. one at a time. He had a laser procedure for glaucoma.
Itr just didn't feel right when I started with it. One brand of homeopathics I used for many yrs was Similasian Eye remedies and when I went to buy a new supply of their Computer Eye Relief drops all their eye remedies were taken off the market by FDA, those rat finks doing what they do, remove things that help us....the other craps they put in stuff is OK though as they make their money on more toxins and they endorse, lies lies lies they are the experts...
My mother and I both had the laser cataract surgery with the same doctor. Don't know if it caused longer recovery. Don't have any way to compare. Can't remember now. All I remember is the optometrist said he could tell because it made a neater cut. LOL I think success depends a lot on how experienced the surgeon is with either method. Our surgeon had done 1000's. He runs his practice like an assembly line.
