I see figs on my tree and now I'm afriad to walk,or go into yard after the last couple weeks of Chigger horrow.On top of pinched nerve in my neck I was either iceing or applying Benadrryl . I do still have pleny of Sulfur soap and ordered 4 tubes of Benadryl ,Cortizone and herbal irch cream. All the cleaning and work that went with making sure none of the little suckers survived to bite again worked though.I like to walk around the property on nice days and check out garen but not sure if its worth another battle with them.
I was so desperate I used sulfur that says 'do not use on skin or inhale'. I had a badcase aand hubby only got bit a few times. I must be llergic.But they are gone now for last 4 days. I don't want to risk it.
I got numerous Chigger bites when I was visiting a house in Oklahoma. And then, got them walking across the grass, going to our garage, at the apartment complex we use to live in in Jacksonville, FL.. A Pest Control man even sprayed the area, at my request to the manager, and they still were there! I learned very quickly to walk another way to get to the garage.
I have never hd such an attack as this one. I had some bites once that I know of aand I'm from the south. I got into a nest of them I guess. Anyway I need to get out of the house. So hubby has been cutting the grass today.
